Maroochydore City Centre is a once-in-a-generation urban renewal project redefining how people live, work, and connect on the Sunshine Coast. As the new civic and commercial capital, this masterplanned development will become a hub for innovation, sustainability, and community over the next 20 years.
Our task was to shape a brand that reflects not just the infrastructure being built—but the lifestyle, ambition, and warmth of the people who will call it home. A brand that evolves with the city itself.
